Imagine the hotel does not provide even a glass tumbler to drink water. They give you a 3rd class plastic tumbler to drink water. No complimentary water bottle, you have to buy drinking water. It was just a horrible experience staying there. Nothing more to say it leave bad taste in my mouth.

This hotel was good earlier but now it is very bad how it is bad means they are not able to provide towel because of towel shortage called reception they said that there is no towel and some towels are wet (after washing ) pls manage nu see how management are managing hotel shortage of towel itself

Here’s a review draft based on your input: i recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be just average for the price compared to other options nearby. While the hotel and room were clean and well-maintained, there were several shortcomings. There was no hot water, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel lacks a restaurant and room service, which makes dining options very limited. Although breakfast was included, its quality was below standard and disappointing. Considering these factors, i feel the hotel doesn’t fully justify its cost compared to other hotels in the same range.

I stayed in room no104, wall full of marks like blood, main door latch is broken, bathroom full of chain i khaini. Very worst experience.

Stay was ok. Couldn't had breakfast as it was to start from 08 in morning and i had a flight at 11. Room lock key was broken and bathroom was not so clean. Little more work to be done but rest property is fine.

I stayed for 1 night in hotel .i came with my parents . They need hot water in the morning and I informed them previous night itself about it . They confirmed me that by morning 5AM itself water will be available . But morning 5:45 am it was not ready and when I called no one responded . I went to reception and tried waking up guy who was sleeping …he never got up and responded . It is clear that he was drunk . I went to the security and informed him . He too said it is daily problem . I floor I stayed their was lots of alcohol bottles on the floor .
